We rely on Auspost for deliveries and use either "Standard" tracked envelopes or "Express" tracked envelopes.
Standard - Takes 7-14 days depending on your location.
Express - Take 2-7 days depending on your location.
Auspost's tracking will show major milestones in the delivery process only. Typical tracking updates will be:
1. Lodgement at our Local PO on the day we ship
2. Scanning at the QLD distribution centre (Northgate)
3. Scanning at your state's distribution centre
4. Out for delivery
5. Delivered
